If you're having trouble signing up or logging in, here could be some reasons why?
You closed your account due to negative ratings
If you closed your account due to negative ratings, re-registration with the same phone number or email will be blocked. However, you can reactivate your account upon request but note that the negative ratings received will remain attached to it.
You already have an account
You may already have an account with your email address—log in with this email address and your password. If you forget your password you can always reset your password.
You signed up using your Facebook account
If you signed up using your Facebook account, you can log in to your BlaBlaCar account without a password. However, if you create a password to access your BlaBlaCar account, your profile will no longer be linked to your Facebook account and you'll only be able to log in using your email address and password.
You reset your password but still cannot log in.
If you've reset your password but still cannot login, we recommended reinstalling the app or double checking that cookies are activated in your browser settings. For Android, you need to also go to your Phone settings > Applications > Storage > Clear data.
If that doesn’t work try using incognito or the other browser when resetting your password.
