If you can't send a message

Here are a list of reasons why you can’t send a message:

  • Your message is still being moderated (we'll get to it ASAP)
  • We didn’t send it because it doesn’t meet our Guidelines
  • Your cell network or connection isn’t strong enough
  • The ride was more than 20 days ago

And if you’re a passenger:

  • The driver refused your request
  • There are no seats left in their car
  • The ride departs in 15 minutes or less
