Here are a list of reasons why you can’t send a message:
- Your message is still being moderated (we'll get to it ASAP)
- We didn’t send it because it doesn’t meet our Guidelines
- Your cell network or connection isn’t strong enough
- The ride was more than 20 days ago
And if you’re a passenger:
- The driver refused your request
- There are no seats left in their car
- The ride departs in 15 minutes or less
