Reporting suspicious activity

Help us take down scammers by reporting suspicious messages and profiles. You’ll be helping the BlaBlaCar community stay safe. 

Remember to be cautious, and only communicate, book through the BlaBlaCar platform.

To report suspicious messages:

1. Go to your Inbox and select the conversation with the suspicious message
2. From Our guidelines page, Tap Report this thread
3. Choose the reason you’re reporting the message and follow the onscreen prompts

To report a suspicious profile:

1. Go to the member's Profile
2. Select Report this member
3. Choose the reason you’re reporting this person and follow the onscreen prompts

To report a suspicious ride:

Go to the publication in question, tap Report this ride and follow the onscreen prompts.
