To cancel or change your bus booking, head to your booking confirmation email to check which bus company you're travelling with.
BlaBlaCar Bus
If you're travelling with BlaBlaCar Bus, you can modify or cancel your ride up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. However, a fee applies based on your booking amount and when the booking is cancelled:
- More than 30 days before departure: no fee
- From 30 days to 7 days before departure: 30%
- From less than 7 days to 30 minutes before departure: 50%
- You cannot cancel your booking within 30 minutes before departure
Please note that the fee is calculated on the original ticket price and does not include extra luggage or seat options.
How it works:
- For cancellations: you'll receive a refund voucher (valid for 1 year) for the original ticket price minus the fee.
- For changes (date and time of travel): you'll receive a voucher (valid for 1 year) for the price difference minus the fee charge if the new ride is less expensive. You'll pay the difference plus the fee if the new ride is more expensive.
Note: Vouchers are only valid on BlaBlaCar Bus rides.
Please note: Special offers/promotional tickets can not be changed or cancelled.
If you book your BlaBlaCar Bus with the Flex option, you can modify or cancel your ticket for free up to 30 minutes before departure.
