To cancel or change your bus booking, first head over to your booking confirmation email to check which bus company you're travelling with.
BlaBlaCar Bus
If you're travelling with a BlaBlaCar bus, your ride can be modified or cancelled up to 30 minutes before departure of the bus. Modification or cancellation is free of charge up to 8 days before departure, after which cancellation & modification fees apply:

*The fee is calculated on the original ticket price — extra luggage and seat options are exempt.
How it works:
- For cancellations: you’ll receive a refund voucher (valid for 1 year), for the original ticket price minus the fee charge.
- For changes (date and time of travel): you’ll receive a voucher (valid for 1 year) for the price difference minus the fee charge if the new ride is less expensive. If the new ride is more expensive, you'll pay the difference plus the fee.
Note: Special offer tickets can neither be changed nor cancelled.

If your booking is eligible for cancellation, you'll most likely be able to cancel your ride through your booking confirmation email. We recommend reviewing the cancellation and refund policies of the bus company you're travelling with.
