Boost booking

It is not mandatory to add stopover cities on your ride, but we recommend you do so to increase your chances of finding passengers as there may not be as many passengers interested in the entire ride as passengers interested in part of it.

How it works

With Boost on, our technology suggests rides in the search results with convenient meeting points for passengers searching along your route. Of course, you are free to enter the stopover cities of your choosing. Once you approve a Boost booking request, the proposed meeting point becomes a new stopover available for regular bookings.

For example: You offer a ride from London → to Manchester. By including a stopover in Birmingham, a passenger searching for a ride from London → Birmingham or Birmingham → Manchester will see your ride in the search results.

With Boost turned off, you’ll only receive bookings and requests for the initial ride published.

We understand not everyone can always stop to pick up or drop off passengers on their way. That's why you can choose to turn Boost on or off.

To turn Boost on or off:

  1. Go to Your rides
  2. Select the ride you want to update
  3. Click Edit your publication > Boost booking requests
  4. Click on the Blue check box
  5. Press Save
