What can I do if the app doesn't work properly?

If you are an Android user,  please follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Settings of your phone.
2. Select Applications, then Application.
3. Find BlaBlaCar in your list of apps.
4. Tap on Storage, then Clear data. 

This might help to reset the app, and, therefore, get rid of some issues. 

If you have an iOS device, please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
