In general, we decide to suspend an account if a member:
- Has consistently received poor ratings
- Has a publication or profile that is repeatedly reported for violating our Terms & Conditions
Because we carefully review all ratings and reports, we rarely reverse a suspended account.
However, if you feel that the suspension of your account was a mistake, you can appeal the decision by contacting us.
