If you can’t log in after changing your password

If you've reset your password but still cannot login, we recommended reinstalling the app or double checking that cookies are activated in your browser settings. For Android, you need to also go to your Phone settings > Applications > Storage > Clear data.

If that doesn’t work try using incognito or the other browser when resetting your password. 

Note:  Android 6.0 reached end of life support from Google, and this is why we stopped supporting this operating system.  You can check and update your Android version here. The minimum requirement for BlaBlaCar is Android 7 or above.

Note: If you are using the iOS app, please know that the minimum requirement for BlaBlaCar is iOS 14.0 or higher.
