What if I cannot get online to answer questions from passengers?

Even if you have limited or no internet access which does not allow you to read and respond to your passengers’ questions easily, you can still manage your bookings.

When creating your ride offer, simply specify that you have limited or no internet access, and that you will not easily be able to respond to questions from passengers.

Remember to include as many details about your ride as possible for your potential passengers!

Each time you receive a booking, you get an SMS with the passengers’ contact details. So you can then confirm the final details of the ride with them directly.
