You have 14 days to respond to a Very disappointing, Disappointing or Okay rating that another member leaves you, but you can’t remove it. This is our way to ensure that ratings are reliable while also giving the opportunity to explain to the community what happened during the ride.
To respond to a recent rating:
- From your Profile > Account, Go to your Ratings
- Select Received
- Find the rating you’d like to respond to and select Reply to this rating
Rating responses cannot be edited once published.
Note: The other member won’t be able to reply to your response, so keep in mind that your response is for the wider community, not just one person.
