You only have one chance to leave a rating for another member. If we can’t post your rating, it’s not possible to leave a new one.
One thing to remember for next time. Before you submit your rating, you get to preview it. Just double check that it follows these guidelines and we’ll be able to post it right away:
- Always write a comment that matches the rating you gave - we can’t post a “Very disappointing” rating with only positive info.
- Ratings are posted on members’ profiles, so don’t write gobbledygook.
- Don’t include a phone number, email address, your Facebook or website URL - even if it’s only to share a playlist that you both enjoyed during the ride.
- Don’t write anything inappropriate, discriminatory or aggressive.
