I cannot find money available for a ride yet?

You can request your money for each passenger 24 hours after the departure time from the Request my money page on your Profile.

If your money has been available for 24 hours, don’t worry, we’ve already sent it to you. You’ll see it in your account in 1-5 business days. You can check out Past transfers for more details.

Note: If a passenger books on a stopover, their money may therefore be available later than a passenger who travels with you for the whole ride.
