I cannot find money available for a ride yet?

After your ride is over, we take 24 hours to confirm that everything went well for both the driver and passenger.

Once your ride is confirmed, we’ll automatically send the money to your preferred transfer method or you can request to transfer it from your Transfers page. You should get your money 1 to 5 weekdays (not counting weekends and holidays) after it is sent. 


Note: If a passenger books through a Boost booking request, their money may be available later than a passenger who travels with you for the whole ride.

Getting ready for your transfer

Your bank and transfer method will determine how long it will take for your money to appear in your account. Be sure to set up or update your transfer methods on your account’s profile.

Once your transfer is sent, you can always check the status of your transfer.
