If your number is not recognised or the 4-digit verification code didn’t reach you, here could be some reasons why:
- The country code or number is entered incorrectly (check your number on your Profile).
- The number is already saved on another account.
- You can’t receive any text messages.
- You’re trying to verify a landline instead of verifying a mobile phone number.
It can take up to 15 minutes for the SMS to come through. If it’s been longer and you’re still waiting, please contact us.
