Travel conditions for service and assistance animals are not the same depending on the bus company you're travelling with.
With BlaBlaCar bus, only service and assistance dogs travel for free by their owner's feet upon presenting the dog's identification papers and certificate. You’ll just need to complete our passengers with reduced mobility form 36 hours before the start of your ride.
During your ride:
- Your dog must stay with you at all times and cannot occupy the central aisle or exits of the bus
- Your dog is not required to wear a muzzle upon proof of education
