If eligible, you'll automatically receive your refund within 10 days, maybe sooner, through the same payment method used during booking.
We'll send your refund as soon as you cancel or your claim is solved—however, your bank or credit card issuer may take longer to get it to you, depending on where you live and how you paid:

- Paypal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Card 'Mir' in Russia only
Up to 2 credit card statements
- Deferred debit cards
- Major credit cards in Brazil only

If you can't find your refund
If you can't find a refund from BlaBlaCar but see one from Comuto or Adyen, good news, that's us! Note that if you booked a BlaBlaCar bus, you'd immediately receive a refund voucher minus any charges via email.
