If your payment failed

Your payment may have failed for several reasons:

  • Debit Limit: You've exceeded your online payment capacity. Please contact your bank to check the status of your account.
  • Entry error: Check your card number, expiry date and cryptogram, and then booking again.
  • Card type: The credit card you used to pay for your booking isn't accepted by BlaBlaCar. You can pay using Visa, Visa Electron, Carte and MasterCard, as well as BlablaCar bus vouchers. You can also pay using PayPal, Google or Apple Pay.

If you used a voucher and the payment of the rest failed, your voucher is considered as used. Please wait 30 minutes and try to book again.
