What do I do if I don’t receive a reply?

If you don’t get a reply from a driver or passenger you’ve started a conversation with, you should find another member to carpool with.

In some cases, you might not have received a reply because your message wasn’t approved by our team (and therefore not sent). If this happened, we sent you an email explaining why it wasn’t approved and what you can do next.

If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder and/or your BlaBlaCar account to make sure you’re using the right email address.
